Dr. Nisha Thundiyil has 21 years teaching experience in Management Studies and presently serves in JIM as Assistant Professor , Research Advisor and Chair-Library and girls’ discipline. She also has 13 years administrative experience having served in leadership roles in colleges. She is an approved research advisor in Management Studies under Bharathidasan University and has served for 3 years as member of Board of Studies in Management Studies of Bharathidasan University and has also served as Board of Studies member of autonomous colleges. She has produced 4 PhDs, several MPhil and also organized workshops, conferences, intercollegiate meets, FDPs and blood donation camps over the years of her career. She has published several research papers and presented papers in national and international conferences. She has also served as NSS program officer, Academic council member, discipline committee convener, student election committee convener and so on over the years.
