DR ALBIN D ROBERT LAWRENCE is an Assistant Professor at St.Joseph's Institute of Management (JIM), St Joseph's College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli. He is a passionate facilitator of learning with a Ph.D in Commerce. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research. His doctoral research was on studying the influence of personality and cognitive biases of the investors on their investing styles. Blended with an exposure to the industry and experience in the academia with expertise in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development and Behavioural finance, has published many research papers in national and international journals.
