Dr. D. Allen Rose Shamini is an accomplished academician with five years of teaching experience in the field of human resource management. She began her career as a research associate during the year 2018-2019 in JIM. Talent acquisition, Performance management, learning and development, organizational culture and labour codes are her areas of expertise. Presently she chairs campus ministry which looks into the spiritual activities for the faculty, staff and students. She has published papers in UGC and ABDC journals. She has offered management development programs for teachers and various industrial professionals..
