Professor . P. Janet Mary Portia is an academician with over fourteen years of experience in Management education. She currently serves as the Chair for the Student Advisory Council (SAC) and Co-curricular Activities, playing a key role in fostering student leadership, engagement, and holistic development. She holds an MBA with specializations in Finance and Human Resource Management from J.J. College of Engineering and Technology and an M.Phil. in Management from PRIST University. She successfully qualified the UGC-NET and SET examinations in 2016 and is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Her academic interests lie in the areas of Financial Management and Behavioral Finance. She has authored and published books titled “Banking Dynamics” and “Financial Analytics and Enterprise Risk Management.” In addition to her teaching and research contributions, she has served as a resource person for workshops on Financial Freedom and Design Thinking, empowering students with practical knowledge and innovative thinking skills..
